- Find, and attract talent to many different tech companies around the world
- You will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin and on other platforms.
- This role is focused on the top of the funnel, finding, screening, and booking candidates for their first stage interview.
- Partner with world-class stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.
- Your hiring focus will be recruiting great people across software engineering, machine learning, DevOps, and other infrastructure disciplines
- This is not a junior role, many people in this role have in excess of ten years of experience, they just find that they enjoy the chase of finding amazing talent most enjoyable, rather than taking people through the whole process.
