Customer Care Team Leader
- Lead the multilingual Customer Care team;
- Recruit, coach, develop and evaluate personnel;
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards;
- Oversee and ensure the creation and support of sales orders from customers;
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
- Improve customer service experience;
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities;
- Maintain close contact with our other locations in EMEA to provide best Customer support.
- Graduate with Bachelor’s or equivalent degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support function;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant people management experience;
- Computer literacy is a must have;
- Fluent German and English essential;
- Experience in ERP-systems such as SAP is a strong asset;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload;
- Good communication skills;
- A desire to drive standardization and process improvement is a must have;
- A can do attitude and willingness to lead others through change is required;
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
