Your responsibilities:
- Perform recruitment processes for dedicated departments
- Provide advice and assistance to management and staff on human resources policies and procedures
- Work closely with management and employees to improve engagement, work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide guidance on employees’ development processes (continuous feedback, individual development plans, succession planning, career paths, skills matrix)
- Support units in compensation and benefits evaluation to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Lead the change management projects, identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Participate in resignation process
- Manage internal HR projects, participate in global projects and improvement initiatives as required
Our requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR including at least 5 years as HR Business Partner within an international company
- HR domain expertise in the area of talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, labor law and others
- Ability to create trustful relations and network with different stakeholders
- Ability to proficiently communicate ideas and concepts as well as to persuade, influence and facilitate problem resolution
- Resilience and continuous adaptation to change
- Good understanding of business needs
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and have confidentiality in this field
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of labor law
