IT Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
(form: office, home office or hybrid)
Your tasks would cover:
- Candidate search for a variety of IT roles – developers, testers, project managers etc. as well as active support for non-technical (domestic and international) roles.
- Driving proper positions’ requirements setting with hiring managers
- Setting the right searching/sourcing strategies to reach and attract top talents
- Interacting with prospects on SM, thru networking as well as at professional events
- Pre-screening candidates to qualify them for the next recruitment steps
- Participating in further stages of selection processes – depending on your skillset and aspirations ;)
- Ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience during the recruitment process.
We expect you to have:
- Recent experience as an IT/tech sourcer/recruiter; ideally with track-record in running international searches.
- Confidence in speaking & communicating in English.
- Candidate-centric, proactive approach.
- Strong drive to deliver results along with creative, solution-driven attitude towards business partners.
- Passion for people with head full of great recruitment/HR ideas ;)
- Set of favorite apps supporting effective talent sourcing.
