We specialize in providing high-quality, easily-customizable furniture that our customers can adapt down to the last detail. We meet the needs of their unique spaces through the use of our intuitive online configurator and Augmented Reality app. Tylko’s team has reconsidered every step of the traditional furniture-buying process to create a better, seamless, and more personal experience – with a quality product, simple online shopping, free doorstep delivery and effortless assembly. Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a person who will recruit for the Marketing department. You will play a key role in advising and challenging hiring managers during the selection process to ensure a perfect fit for both business and people and at the same time, providing solid knowledge, tools and experience.
People Team
A people team handles all of the regular HR tasks, from recruiting to employee management, keeping the focus on employee satisfaction and well-being. The team is responsible for maximizing the value of employees and driving business results. The people team grows together with the company and there are already 8 of us.
Support Tribe
Support Tribe is responsible for every internal process in our organization, making sure that Tylko is not only a leading furniture brand but also an efficient place to work (that’s fun, too). It comprises four areas: Finance and Accounting, People, Business Intelligence, and Administration - all of which work together to increase our efficiency, efficacy, and scalability. It’s the beating heart of our organization that helps to keep Tylko running smoothly.
Main responsibilities
- Managing a comprehensive recruitment process from various sources and at all stages (acquisition, selection, on-line interviews),
- Creating, publishing, and promoting recruitment advertisements,
- Planning and implementing EB activities (meetups, webinars), will have an impact on their shape,
- Maintaining the best experience of candidates in the recruitment process, from the first contact to employment,
- Cooperation and maintaining relations with agencies and providers of other services supporting activities for selected projects,
- Accurately document and keep all candidate information in the corporate database,
- Collaborate with your team to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that will improve the process.

Requirements
- Proven track record in management of end-to-end recruitment processes in e-commerce mostly in marketing positions.
- A keen eye for talents in digital marketing.
- Experience in designing and managing campaigns to attract new candidates,
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing and interview techniques and evaluation methods (Sourcing/headhunting skills),
- Knowledge of social media, CV databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn recruiter seat is required),
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships,
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency,
- Passion for recruitment – you know interesting practices, the latest trends, you're constantly growing in your work,
- Good written and spoken English and Polish ( part of the recruitment processes will be in English, we also have English-speaking colleagues)
