Your responsibilities:
- consulting with management and provide HR guidance;
- being for the teams - address people related matters and issues;
- taking care of training needs (providing them as well), career growth plans, and succession planning in cooperation with people leaders;
- supporting business leaders in key organizational changes;
- supervising adequate implementation of people management policies and employee experience best practices;
- coordinating HR processes, supporting in creation and delivery of HR strategy;
- driving the innovative approach to career development;
- implementing long and mid term strategies allowing to retain talent in the organization;
- resolve complex employee issues.
What do we require?
- experience as an HR Business Partner is not required, but definitely that will be an additional asset. We would like to learn from you as well!
- you should have experience as a trainer (you organized a lot of internal trainings);
- we are looking for someone who has definitely experience in IT sector (experience in Software House would be an additional asset);
- perfect time and task organization – you will be handling many internal projects at the same time, so you need to be organized;
- knowledge of different employment forms and familiarity with basics of labour law;
- experience in company wide HR related processes;
- high coaching skills and experience - you know how to help managers develop their leadership skills;
- we are looking for someone who is goal oriented.
