VentureDevs provides strategy, design, and development services to top startups and global enterprises. We’re a growing team of coders, designers, digital architects, strategy gurus, process aficionados, marketing geeks, business nerds, jokesters, meme lovers, digital product builders, and entrepreneurs of all kinds.
What you bring to the team:
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter
- B2 English proficiency (both in speech and in writing)
- Headhunting skills
- Conducting recruitment processes
- Good work organization
- Understanding of social media content
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Events coordination skills
Additional skills:
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic IT knowledge (if you know the difference between the front-end and back-end – that's definitely something!)
- Experience in creating marketing materials
- Employer branding knowledge
