Vertex Solutions is a highly successful IT / Technical recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Poland and India.
We have enjoyed continued growth and success during the pandemic and as a result developed a working methodology that has enabled our team to achieve significant results as well as being fully engaged with the business.
We provide some of the best technology talents in Europe to a mix of global brand names and cool technology start-ups.
As a Recruiter you will:
- Proactively look for and approach candidates
- Create and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Interview candidates to assess their skills and create shortlist of candidates
- Manage the recruitment process including scheduling, providing feedback, negotiating offers
- Build a relationship with candidates community
- Cooperate with an account manager and client
Who are we looking for?
A person experienced in recruiting and searching for candidates who wants to learn and share their ideas so that the team can grow and achieve success. We are interested in your point of view and want to give you possibility to be a part of something bigger.
We are also considering candidates who are not experienced in recruitment. What we care about the most is your motivation, willing to learn and being open for new experience.
