About The Team & Role
We are a team of experienced recruiters who are looking to expand their Recruitment function within Vodeno.
Prior to Vodeno some of us worked in large international tech companies, startups, recruiting agencies, some of us in consulting as well as the banking industry. We are tight knit and we strongly believe that recruiting is a team sport.
If you have hands-on experience in software engineering talent recruiting, you are a great communicator and you would like to work on something which we all build together, we’d like to meet you.
You have experience with stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced & international environment, including hiring for senior and managerial positions in the fin-tech, banking or software industries.
You are able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
You have a passion for constant learning and you are open to sharing knowledge with others.
- Know how in assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Ability to conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Strong experience in boolean search and direct search for technology talent & strong knowledge of various tools & methodologies
- Understanding of cloud technologies and different technology stacks
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Google Workplace - will be a plus
