Together with all People Services units in Wroclaw we are an international group of over 160 professionals (and growing!) who take care of major HR processes for Volvo Group globally. Our teams make sure payroll is delivered in France, employment contracts are prepared for Swedish colleagues or US employees have their holiday days correctly calculated. We also support global HR processes such as salary reviews, talent management or internal learning and we can be proud of working with top notch innovations such as digitalization and robotics process automations.

We are currently looking for a Leader - a proactive people & business manager, who will lead our French Operations Team, and who will help us take the employee experience and HR efforts to the next level. A person in this position will also work closely with French market & colleagues as well as with a number of colleagues across the globe.
