What you'll get to do:

Create the employer brand strategy and tactics together with the EB, TA and HR teams
Manage the career website, and job portals profiles
Create and curate content (including job descriptions), and determine channels to promote brand
Maintain relations with partner universities and students’ organizations
Maintain relations with meet ups and conferences organizers, look for a good opportunity to promote our brand and people
Inspire and support employees in their branding initiatives
Manage WTT’s presence at various events focused on building and promoting and employer brand (job fairs, conferences, meet ups)
Track, measure, and report on campaign results and identify the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates.
Manage contracts with vendors and agencies

What You should have:

2+ years of experience in employer branding / recruitment marketing area, preferably in the IT sector
Proven record of accomplishment in organized campaigns or programs from strategy to execution that build brand awareness
Excellent creative thinking and communication skills
Ability to create, write and edit many diverse types of content both in Polish and English
Knowledge of local technical landscape as well as deep understanding of the target and candidates’ profile
Knowledge of ATL marketing, especially online and offline advertising
Ability to stay up to date with marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Great knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment processes and willingness to learn more and follow trends
Fluent communication in English
Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Positive attitude, proactiveness, seeing and taking opportunities
Understanding that employer brand is more than a logo, and knowing how to communicate the value of working at the company
Ease to inspire others (including recruiters) to share their story and be brand ambassadors
Bravery to explore, experiment and take risks
Respect for others’ perspectives, styles, and ideas
