About the RoleWe’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and people-loving IT Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team. You’ll help with sourcing candidates, supporting recruitment processes, and learning the art of IT recruitment in a friendly, non-corporate environment.

Our requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Polish & English

• Great communicator, organized, and goal-oriented

• Curious about people & recruitment

• Some experience in research or recruitment is a plus (IT even better)

• Digital-friendly (iOS/macOS/etc.)

• Persistent, patient, and detail-oriented

• Creative & proactive

Scope of responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Hunt for top IT talent

• Pre-screen candidates & make cold calls

• Verify applications & contact candidates

• Create job posts & update our internal database

• Help with admin tasks in recruitment
