Your Role
You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for local positions at our location in Łódź, as well as providing support for some international positions at our locations in Germany, Italy, or France. This includes creating job profiles, selecting appropriate search strategies, actively reaching out through social media, conducting interviews, and making job offers. You always keep your KPIs in mind and act in the best interest of the candidate experience!

Your Education
You have a successfully completed degree in HR or a comparable qualification.
Your Experience
You have experience in recruiting, including active sourcing, in a dynamic environment.
Your Skills
You have good knowledge in selecting suitable talents and using LinkedIn Recruiter. Additionally, you possess very good English language skills.
Your Soft Skills
You have strong communication skills and enjoy networking. You also bring diagnostic abilities, a very independent and structured working style, and a high level of customer orientation. And: You are eager to be part of an open, tolerant, and diverse corporate culture and contribute your own part to it.
