We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with over 3 years of experience to help us attract top technology professionals across.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Tech positions, including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from screening through to offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Represent the company and build our employer brand at tech events, meetups, and through social media.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level IT positions
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Expertise in sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • English B2+ Level
  • Polish or Russian B1+ Level would be a plus
