The Payroll Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter payroll data received during the month from authorized individuals

  • Manage payroll calculation

  • Prepare Payment orders and fund transfer files

  • Handle Debt collectors’ deductions

  • Prepare company and employee tax statements

  • Prepare income certificates

  • Sign documents within given authorisation

  • Support Internal customers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Payroll

  • Polish and English knowledge (both spoken & written)

  • Seasoned MS Office user

  • Knowledge of Polish employment laws, social security insurance regulations and tax legislation

  • TETA and Workday experience would be an advantage

  • Bachelor’s/University degree

  • Teamwork, innovative approach and can-do attitude, open to change and quick learner, accuracy and sense of urgency, excellent task management and work prioritization
