We've already established the People & Culture area, and it’s functioning well. You will take full ownership of the People & Culture area from there — create, shape and develop it further according to our values and your vision!Your mission will be to take care of our best of the best Evojam Team. You will act as a Guardian of our company culture and values, find the right people, who will feel great at Evojam, help our Team to keep on growing here, feel safe and appreciated, and last but not least - build and mentor the entire People & Culture Team.

What you will do:
- Take ownership of shaping People & Culture vision and strategy and their effective execution
- Nurture our unique company culture based on a humane, caring approach
- Build, mentor and guide the People & Culture team (you’ll start as a one-man army, with a green light to build a team aligned with your vision)
- Conduct and coordinate recruitment processes (full life cycle recruitment)
- Take care of excellent candidate experience
- Cooperate with recruitment agencies and outsourcing partners
- Coordinate and develop all internal People & Culture processes (onboarding, offboarding, feedback sharing process and more)
- Plan and oversee team building, employee engagement and employee satisfaction initiatives (conducting regular work satisfaction surveys, overseeing our company benefits strategy, organising team-building activities and more)
- Coordinate and support internal knowledge sharing, talks and training
- Co-create Employer Branding strategy and actions
- Network and represent Evojam at industry events
- Coach, advise and support our Board, Heads, Operations team and all Team Members, sharing best practices in recruitment, team motivation and engagement, feedback, coaching and mentoring, personal and professional development and more, depending on your knowledge and expertise
- Constant lookout for improvements in the People & Culture area
- Close day-to-day cooperation with many great people from our Evojam Teams: Development, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Office, Delivery, Board…

What we look for:
- Professional experience in related roles, preferably as HR Manager/Head of People/HR Team Leader or similar
- Experience in IT recruitment is a must
- Familiarity with the IT industry and technologies
- Experience in creating, implementing and developing internal People & Culture processes
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices and trends
- Fluent Polish is a must, as well as fluent English
- Superb communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build authentic and honest professional relationships
