HR Operations Analyst

HR Operations Analyst for our Global People Services team!

Location: Warsaw, Poland

We are currently seeking a data-driven, independent, and engaged individual to join our Global People Services team as a HR Operations Analyst.

As a HR Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Employee Master Data and reporting processes, as well as providing support during global processes to various Global People & Culture Center of Excellence (CoE).

You will be actively involved in driving our data quality assurance, data reporting, and Employee Master Data Hub support initiatives, within the scope of our HR applications.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in data management and data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across HR systems
• Communication skills in both spoken and written English on a business level 
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset 
• Structured approach to problem-solving with strong analytical abilities 
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies 
• Curious personality and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Strong planning and prioritization skills 
• Proficiency in Excel 

Advantages:

• Previous experience in Power Platform applications, such as PowerBI or Power Automate 
• Relevant higher education 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely availability of right data by proactively improving Employee Master Data quality 
• Conduct gap analyses and handle error reports 
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies 
• Drive global data reporting process 
• Cooperate with Data Steward Community 
• Contribute to initiatives to clean and improve the quality of data 
• Test HRM application setup prior to processes 
• Perform administrative tasks in HRM applications 
• Create and maintain process documentation 
• Support CoE during busy times 
• Understand the overall data management framework 
• Actively participate in development projects
