Opis stanowiska

The HR & Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting both human resources and operational functions within the company. This role ensures smooth HR administration, employee support, and operational efficiency, contributing to an organized and compliant workplace.


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Support & Administration

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper documentation and training.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Polish labor laws.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide general assistance.
  • Help coordinate payroll data, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

2. Operations & Office Management

  • Support daily office operations, including supplies management and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal/external service providers (e.g., IT, facility management, and finance teams).
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational policies.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Polish labor laws and company standards.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting related to HR and operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: Qualified in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR, administration, or operations roles, preferably in Poland.
  • Language: Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR software is desired
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
