
Koch Business Services is looking for an HR Business Partner to become part of our EMEA team in Katowice. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and build out additional HR capabilites that will support all Koch Industries employees in the region. You will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships with Koch Business Solutions leaders, who are primarily located in Poland and in Luxembourg. 📌Partner with HR compliance to identify risks and develop plans to mitigate or address these risks
📌Develop and implement HR programs that support the overall mission and strategy of the region
📌Actively support Global HR initiatives and participate in their development and implementation
📌Provide insight into people, processes and technology that are influenced by business trends
📌Develop talent management/workforce strategies aligned with PBM and business strategy; implement and evaluate supporting initiatives
📌Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and develop insights that inform talent strategy
✅Proven experience as HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist or related field
✅Knowledge of applicable laws/regulations, compensation, training, Talent Management
✅Results oriented person with excellent communication skills and initiative
✅Ability to embrace, communicate, influence and lead others through change
✅Demonstrated accountability and critical thinking skills
✅Self-motivated team player with ability to drive strategic partnerships
✅Fluent communication skills in English
👉Degree in Human Resources or related discipline would be an advantage
👉Fluent communication skills in Polish or any other European language would be an advantage
