Projekt Solartechnik is an international group specialised in the development and construction of utility-scale solar PV. The group has furthermore n in-house EPC Business Unit; the manufacturing Business Unit for mounting structures, and a PV component wholesale Business Unit, making the group a vertically integrated company.

Since 2006, Projekt Solartechnik has built its competences with renewable energy projects realised in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Romania and Hungary. The group's completed PV investments have a capacity of over 500 MW, over 1 GW with a secured grid and more than 4300 ha leased land in Poland and 380 ha leased land in Germany. The total capacity of the group project portfolio exceeds 3,1 GWp achieved by more than 300 employees.

The majority shareholders of the group are Famur and TDJ. Famur - an international industrial company- brings in deep business acumen & global network with over 100 years of history and 3000 employees. TDJ -as a family-owned investment company- brings in a long-term investment competence with 45 years of history.

In April 2022, Projekt Solartechnik received financing from a consortium of three banks for the development and construction of a significant project pipeline in Europe. This guarantees a stable and dynamic development of the company for the coming years.

To support the international expansion of Projekt Solartechnik, we are looking for a:

🤓International HR Business Partner

📍 Katowice, Gliwice, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Gdańsk, Łódź

As an International HR Business Partner (HR BP), you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to a globally operating organization. Your main objective will be to support management and other departments in the areas of HR policies, workforce planning, and employee development. You will also act as a liaison between the central HR team and local units in various countries.

Responsibilites:

  • Provide support for HR policies and procedures in different international markets.
  • Actively recruit candidates across Europe through various channels, including online job platforms, professional networks, and partnerships with recruitment agencies, to attract top talent for international positions.
  • Implement strategies and plans for talent management and employee development at a global level.
  • Advise management and other departments on HR issues, including recruitment, compensation, performance evaluation, incentive programs, retention, and outplacement.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor compliance with employment and labour laws and regulations in individual countries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Professional experience as an HR BP, HR Specialist, or in a similar role, with a focus on working in an international environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR topics, such as recruitment, compensation, employee development, talent management, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies on an international level.
  • Familiarity with HR practices related to different cultures and job markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within an international setting.
  • Knowledge of German or another European language is a strong plus.
