RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full cycle recruitment process (Developers (Java, iOS, Android, C++), QA, Support, Administration specialists, ML, Products etc.); 
• Coordination recruitment process with Hiring Managers to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies;
• Maintenance and development of current policies and their implementation: recruiting, preboarding, onboarding, retention, relocation etc.; 
• Assistance employees with basic questions, benefits escalations, absences if needed;
• Weekly and monthly reports and analytics; 

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Strong administrative and organizational skills;
• Ability to plan and implement projects/initiatives;
• Analytical skills; 
• Hands-on problem solver;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Fluency in English, Polish as an additional language would be beneficial.
