At Pretius, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a global-scale gaming and lottery platform project.


Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand, promoting culture and values through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.

  • Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.

  • Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, and technology enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.

  • Strong understanding of Polish labor market and employment regulations.

  • Proficiency in English - min. C1 in writing and speaking

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
