At Pretius, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a global-scale gaming and lottery platform project.
Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand, promoting culture and values through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements, diversity hiring, and technology enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of Polish labor market and employment regulations.
Proficiency in English - min. C1 in writing and speaking
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
