We're a software house with nearly 100 crew on board. Our clients are mainly foreign companies, from industries including telecommunications, logistics, eCommerce, FinTech, and banking. For over 4 years, we have been improving our customers' businesses by producing high-quality software. The main technologies we use in our projects are: .NET, C#, Java/Kotlin, Angular, React, VueJS.

Responsibilities: 

  • Building profiles and then strategies for acquiring candidates, 
  • Actively seeking candidates through Linkedin, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc. 
  • Creating eye-catching recruitment ads, 
  • Conducting recruitment, 
  • Creating a positive candidate experience. 

  

It will be great if you: 

  • Have IT recruitment experience 
  • Are fascinated by new technologies and feel good in the IT industry, 
  • Are goal-oriented and take pleasure in achieving results, 
  • Display unconventional thinking and creativity, 
  • Easily establish contacts and take initiative, 
  • Communicate freely in Polish and English.
