To further strengthen our recruitment capabilities, we are seeking a talented and proactive Senior IT Recruiter. In this key role, you will drive our growth by designing and implementing effective strategies to attract and hire the best IT talent.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Actively build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates for IT roles (e.g., Developers, Architects, Infrastructure experts) as well as key business positions (e.g., Project Managers, Business Analysts).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the offer process.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to align with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with consultants and candidates to foster engagement and loyalty.
• Continuously grow and enhance our internal database of skilled professionals to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Guide and support less-experienced recruiters through sharing best practices and recruitment insights.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT professionals
• Great communication skills & professional attitude
• Experience working effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player attitude but you can also plan and deliver high-quality work independently
• Proactive approach & flexibility
• Strong (verbal and written) skills both in Polish and English
