About the role:
As a Divisional Project Manager and Super User for HRIS implementation, you will play a critical role in leading the integration and ongoing management of the new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the organization. This dual role combines both technical expertise and project management skills to ensure a seamless system implementation, successful user adoption, and continuous support post-launch. You will work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to define system requirements, configure settings, troubleshoot, and drive the system’s optimization across the division.

Project Management Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Lead and manage the HRIS implementation project, from planning through to completion. Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and IT teams, on project progress, risks, and resource needs. Ensure all teams are aligned on objectives and priorities.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve issues that may impact the implementation timeline or system performance.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure necessary resources, both human and technical, are available to meet project goals.

Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and system specifications. Ensure all system configurations and changes are thoroughly documented.
Divisional Superuser Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Configuration: Work closely with HR, project team and IT teams to define system requirements, build configurations, and customize settings for the HRIS to meet divisional needs.

System Testing & Troubleshooting: Lead system testing efforts to ensure all features function properly and troubleshoot any issues during implementation. Ensure smooth data migration and integration across HRIS modules.

User Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training materials, lead training sessions, and support users throughout the adoption process to ensure successful integration of the new system into daily operations.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR decision-making, regulatory compliance, and organizational needs. Ensure reports are accurate and tailored to the specific needs of HR leadership.

Data Integrity & Maintenance: Maintain and oversee the accuracy of divisional data within the HRIS system. Regularly update configurations to reflect changing organizational needs.

Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting for users after the HRIS goes live. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to system functionality, ensuring user satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Strong project management experience within HRIS implementations (ideally UKG) in a multinational environment
