Payroll Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Payroll provider and internal departments to guarantee precise and punctual payroll processing
• Review and verify intricate payroll data from the provider to ensure employees receive accurate and timely payments
• Interpret and analyze complex payroll policies and requirements to comply with country-specific regulations
• Enhance system compliance by refining internal controls and adhering to regulatory standards
• Work with managers and other departments to streamline and support comprehensive payroll processes

Ideal candidate profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international payroll environment, with a focus on Polish payroll
• Solid English skills (min. B2)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Workday (desirable)

• Location: Gdańsk
• Working mode: hybrid (2 days a week on-site)
• Form of cooperation: B2B, possible standard contract of employment
• Salary: 70 - 90 PLN / h (B2B)
