Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Data Analyst with around 2 years of experience to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives within HR and strategy projects. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and operational support for the Project Manager. It is a hands-on, analytical position with a strong data-processing component.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating on HR and strategy projects with a focus on Compensation & Benefits

  • Supporting the Project Manager in ongoing initiatives

  • Preparing analyses, reports, and documentation based on client data, surveys, and internal statistics

  • Working with HR and financial data, including metrics such as revenue and EBITDA

  • Assisting in advising stakeholders on selected aspects of human capital and C&B processes

  • Communicating insights clearly and effectively, including to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR data analysis or Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong analytical skillset and experience working with data

  • Basic knowledge of financial metrics (EBITDA, revenue)

  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes and/or transformation projects

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

This role is well suited for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to develop further within the HR data and Compensation & Benefits area.
