Opis stanowiska

Start date: ASAP

Co-operation length: 12 months

Employment type: B2B Contract

Tasks:

  • Close collaboration with Project Managers in delivering advisory projects across the Compensation & Benefits domain

  • Conducting analyses of compensation data and preparing clear, insight‑driven reports and market benchmarks

  • Developing structured datasets, summaries and visually clean client presentations

  • Supporting the design of reward policies, salary structures and benefit solutions

  • Collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders to gather, validate and interpret data

Requirements:

  • Around 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR and compensation data

  • Very good command of Excel; familiarity with Power Query or Power BI is an advantage

  • University degree in economics, finance, analytics, management or related fields

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written

  • High accuracy, structured working style and ability to manage tasks in a project‑driven environment

  • A proactive mindset, readiness to learn from senior consultants and navigate a dynamic consulting setting
