Recruitment Expert (Finance & IT)
Your responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes, primarily for financial and IT profiles;
- Actively sourcing candidates using modern recruitment tools;
- Collaborating with international clients and candidates (mainly in English);
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both candidates and clients;
- Opportunity for growth into sales and client service roles.
Our expectations:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in finance or IT;
- Experience in a recruitment agency preferred
- Fluency in Polish and English (mandatory);
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
