We are looking for an experienced individual to take ownership of processes related to employee management, development, and engagement. - Take full ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development, engagement, and satisfaction;
- Be responsible for the recruitment processes, along with suggesting, choosing and implementing best tools and practices;
- Design and implement programs that support employee growth, such as regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development plans;
- Actively contribute to building a strong company culture by managing team-building initiatives, workshops, and gatherings;
- Oversee employee benefits programs (e.g., medical care, Multisport) to ensure they meet team needs and are well-managed;
- Assess and improve HR tools, processes, and workflows to optimize the employee experience and organisational efficiency;
- Support employees and managers in navigating their growth journeys, providing guidance, tools, and opportunities for learning and development;
- Administer and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience at all stages of the journey;
- Propose and implement strategies to measure and improve employee satisfaction and engagement, collecting feedback and turning insights into action;
- Act as a point of contact in all people-related topics;
- Support handling employee relations, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for the team.
- Bachelor’s degree and significant human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, in IT would be a plus;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining HR processes; focus on improving and iterating;
- Knowledge of HR best practices, willingness to learn and develop;
- Knowledge and understanding of the startup environment and a passion for working with its challenges;
- Focus on understanding and delivering a solution to a problem;
- Ability to work independently and get things done;
- Good organisation and communication skills;
- Fluent English (at least B2) and other languages is a plus;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
