As a Recruiter you will manage the full life cycle recruiting process across of our Warsaw site. Partnering with hiring managers you will implement creative recruiting strategies for assessing and selecting top talent.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers to assess business needs, determine candidate profiles and creating hiring strategies.
- Using recruiting tools to build effective candidate pipelines
- Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have IT recruitment experience from either in house, RPO or agency world
- Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
- Have end user experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Be knowledgeable about the labour market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector.
- Have great communication skills and be able to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal.
