We are looking for an HR Program Manager to join our Talent Solutions Department, which is responsible for the development and coordination of HR projects. The successful candidate will work on these projects, and will be responsible for maintaining communications with the HR BP, Finance and Legal teams, the specialists who develop the internal HR system, and the Heads of all Departments.
The HR Program Manager will work as a part of a team that uses Process Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, and HR tools. These tools are used to analyze, optimize, and scale our current business processes and services, design new ones, and implement automation of decisions. Our specialists also create and manage initiatives to improve the experience of our employees and promote our company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing HR processes
- Creating projects and initiatives that help new employees adapt, assist existing employees in their development, and tackle their HR needs
- Finding HR best practices, and ensuring that our internal processes and programs follow them
- Creating project documentation, process descriptions, presentations, and information resources for relevant parties
- Communicating with stakeholders to establish requirements from the discussion stage to project execution
- Collecting feedback at the end of the project, conducting reviews, and implementing changes in future projects
- Figuring out how to automate solutions, forming requirements, and communicating them to the internal development team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager, or Business Analyst in the HR sphere
- Experience developing and implementing business processes in companies
- Knowledge of project management and business analysis
- Ability to describe and visualize business processes
- Experience developing project documentation, from the vision statement to the requirements and implementation plan
- Ability to foster effective communication, and the ability to present ideas clearly
- Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Desired:
- Experience working as a Process Engineer
- Experience in implementing relevant enterprise software and working with CRM, BPM, or HRM systems
