People Specialist (Total Rewards)

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate salary review processes and bonus pay cycles.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, and the implementation of new offerings.

• Participate in compensation market surveys as well as job evaluation and job mapping activities.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and perform data analysis related to compensation and benefits.

• Draft, update, and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies and broader HR policies.

• Act as a Center of Expertise (CoE), providing guidance and support to managers on Total Rewards-related matters.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration and data analysis.

• Experience working in a multinational environment and supporting multiple locations.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables.

• Working knowledge of HR systems.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and confident presentation skills.
