In this role, you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end Employer Branding for Schneider Electric in Poland, while being part of the Central Eastern European Talent Attraction team spread across 5 countries. You will be reporting to the TA Leader of CEE.

Craft and Execute a Winning Strategy:
- Innovate: Develop and implement a cutting-edge Employer Brand strategy that aligns with our zone priorities.

Amplify Our Brand
- Influence: Oversee our social media presence and employment sites to attract talent.
- Manage: Plan and execute both in-person and virtual branding events.
- Promote: Identify prestigious awards and innovative channels to elevate our brand's visibility and reputation.
- Advocate: Be the face of Schneider Electric on social media and at events, embodying our values and mission.
- Coordinate: Manage various talent events, from campus visits and job fairs to industry conferences.
- Take ownership: Strengthen our internal program #SEGreatPeople.
Collaborate and Influence
- Consult: Work with business stakeholders to align strategies.
- Report: Provide actionable insights and propose improvements.
- Network: Build relationships with universities, communities, and talent groups.
- Manage: Lead project teams and service providers.
- Drive: Foster strong internal networks to push our talent brand forward.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Analyze: Conduct market and competitor analysis to keep our brand competitive.
