  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies                                             
  • Experience in negotiations with management                                
  • Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies                       
  • Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search                          
  • Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process                         
  • Experience in applying and tuning the processes so they would work quickly and smoothly                                       
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations                                       
  • Proactive and result-oriented person                                       
  • Strong networking skills                                      
RESPONSIBILITIES:                             
  • Hiring in Poland                            
  • Leading full- cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)                             
  • Collaborating with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making                            
  • Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources                               
  • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools                                  
  • Job market monitoring                                      
  • Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)                                   
  • Preparing recruitment reports                                         
  • Maintaining candidates database
