Join our Operations team and help support our growing company as we develop MyTherapy, an app millions of people use to take their medications safely.
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who combines a people-centred mindset with a proactive, organized approach to support our team across recruiting, office administration, and occasional HR tasks. This role is designed for someone who values flexibility, as we anticipate the opportunity to adjust responsibilities as our team and needs evolve. This setup fosters a comprehensive understanding of our company’s operations and offers opportunities to learn and grow in various aspects of People Operations.
Contract type: B2B or Contract of Mandate (only for students)
Work type: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely).
Offered remuneration: 335 - 400 PLN daily.
👉🏼 Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll support our team in three key areas: recruiting, office administration, and HR. Your major responsibilities in each of these areas include:
🕵🏻 Recruiting:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and preparation of salary benchmark data and reports.
🧑🏻💻 Office Administration:
- Overseeing office management and administrative support, including supply orders and vendor relationships.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and event planning.
- Supporting tasks related to invoice management, financial reporting, and contract coordination in collaboration with our external accounting partners.
🧑🏻💼 HR:
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and routine HR processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HR guidelines and assisting with resolving HR requests.
👉🏼 Your Profile:
- Talent Specialist: You bring a basic understanding of tech recruitment. You are familiar with recruiting tools (eg.: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) and you’re driven to connect candidates with meaningful roles. Your role in recruiting goes beyond matching skills to requirements—you’re helping build a team that supports our company’s mission and growth.
- Office Management Involvement: As a key point of contact, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, organized, and productive workspace. From coordinating events to enhancing the office environment, you’ll help foster a positive atmosphere and keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Basic HR knowledge: You have some experience in HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, and are open to broadening your understanding of HR support.
- Bilingual Proficiency: You’re fluent in both Polish and English, enabling you to connect across teams seamlessly.
- Growth-Oriented and Proactive: You have a strong desire to learn and improve in your work. You take the initiative in your tasks and seek opportunities to contribute while collaborating effectively with your colleagues.
- People-centred: You enjoy engaging with colleagues in the office and are open to lending a hand when needed, creating a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational skills: You’re skilled at managing tasks with flexibility, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Clear Communicator: You know how to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing.
❗️❗️Please note: Candidates should reside in or near Warsaw and be available to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
