We are looking for:

• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, IT, or related areas (internship or first job experience are welcome)

• A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Fluent in English (other languages such as German, French, or Spanish would be an advantage)

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building relationships with candidates and clients

• Motivation to step outside your comfort zone and develop your career in recruitment

• Interest in the IT environment and a desire to learn about tech recruitment

• Good organizational skills and basic proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

What you'll do:

• Actively and independently search for candidates with experience in IT/SAP for international clients

• Recruitment on an international level

• Search, interview, and deliver candidates to open roles within IT field

• Use your creativity and networking skills to attract the best talent in the market

• Stay organized by keeping our candidate database up-to-date and managing day-to-day operational tasks

• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and drive success
