Opis stanowiska

We are looking for HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant who combines a structured project approach with a strong understanding of people, organisations, and business needs.

If you enjoy working on people-focused projects with real business impact, we’d be happy to meet you.

Requirements:

  • Senior experience in HR Compensation & Benefits processes or large-scale transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance metrics (EBITDA, Revenue).

  • Advanced data processing and reasoning capabilities.

  • Proven ability to communicate and build relationships at the C-level.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in management consulting

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) or advanced data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

  • Experience in post-merger integration regarding reward systems.

Project description:

Strategic Human Capital transformation projects for external clients. Focus on aligning compensation structures with business performance and financial goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Independent delivery of HR and strategy projects with a focus on C&B.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on various human capital aspects.

  • Preparing complex analyses and documentation using client data, market surveys, and internal statistics.

  • Developing remuneration models and performance-linked benefit systems.
