HR Project Manager

Trident BMC Group provides top-quality engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance services to leading shipowners, shipyards, and offshore clients worldwide. We specialize in shipbuilding and modernization projects for the maritime industry.

Now, we’re looking for a talented HR Project Manager to join our team and work on global projects!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Co-developing and implementing human resource management strategies (over 200 employees).
• Leading and managing the Project HR team (approximately 20 people).
• Coordinating project team management across multiple locations worldwide.
• Introducing and improving HR processes and organizational solutions.
• Strengthening collaboration between HR teams and other departments to execute the company’s HR strategy.
• Working closely with managers to enhance team and employee management practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to align HR strategies with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in team management, preferably in shipyard or offshore projects.
• A university degree in HR management, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR-related regulations.
• Strong goal-oriented and problem-solving approach.
• Experience in HR project management and process development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business when needed.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
