The Role

This is an exciting full-time hybrid role reporting into the Head of People, to be based out of our Poznań office. You will spearhead dedicated HR support for our Poland based employees, you will work closely with our CTO’s, support the launch and continuation of exciting new projects, as well as ensuring that all Poland employee-related administration remains up-to-date within the business. With a fantastic, talented team of experts to support, coach and develop as we hire, motivate and retain the best talent, your enthusiasm for employee engagement will help take us forward and reach for the stars as we rocket Vizlib to the next level.

With great organisation and influencing skills, you have a passion for building and maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and will be the eyes, ears and voice of Vizlib Poland, having an “employee first” approach.

The Responsibilities:

  • Direct management for our People Administrator and Office Manager in Poland
  • Liaise with our accountant monthly regarding salaries and invoices
  • Control office spend for entertainment and supplies
  • Recruit technical candidates to be based in Poland with follow through to on-boarding
  • Work hard to support the integration of an 'employee experience first' approach to all employee initiatives, including surveys, polls and feedback channels
  • Raise the external profile of Vizlib, working alongside Marketing in the UK to build our Employer Branding
  • Review and update Vizlib Poland policies as appropriate
  • Liaise with the rest of the Human Resources team to ensure that Poland based People Team admin is kept up-to-date and consistent
  • Communicate important key messages to employees as appropriate, ensuring that internal communications in Poland are consistent with the rest of Vizlib
  • Helping to coordinate and communicate cross-team and location activities, e.g. CSR, security training, business continuity risk plans, revising employee handbooks (for different entities), events, training, new internal technology/app launches, other new initiatives

The Right Person:

  • 3+ years experience in Human Resources, gained in medium-sized international organisation undergoing exciting growth
  • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, English and Polish, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of working with multiple different company-wide communications formats, styles and mediums.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technology and practices, including slack, confluence, atlassian, jira etc.
  • Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Thrives in fast-paced and high-growth companies
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines and other demands or challenges
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with good judgement and the ability to interpret information
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality, where necessary
