We are looking for a People Performance Specialist to support and enhance XTB’s global performance framework. In this role, you will contribute to driving the performance evaluation process across regions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and strong business alignment. You will collaborate with leaders, People Partners, and managers to help deliver measurable impact through performance evaluation, feedback, and calibration.

Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Support managers in applying performance standards fairly and consistently,

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the global performance framework and related documentation,

  • Assist in coordinating the performance cycle, including reviews, feedback processes, and calibration meetings,

  • Support the performance calendar and help ensure alignment with business priorities,

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as attrition, performance distribution vs. KPIs, and task completion, and prepare reports with insights.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Provide tools, materials, and guidance to support effective feedback and development conversations,

  • Partner with People Partners to ensure consistent process application across regions,

  • Support communication and training initiatives related to performance processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset,

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights,

  • Experience in performance management or related HR processes,

  • Understanding of performance frameworks, KPI setting, and calibration processes,

  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills,

  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization,

  • Ability to balance structured processes with flexibility in execution,

  • Experience in the broader people management or HR field will be an advantage.
