
HR Business Partner at Capita:

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing tactical human resources support to Line Managers on various human resources areas, including staffing, compensation, attrition, succession, and employee relations
• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) and share the HR knowledge by conducting regular trainings for management and employees
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention • Consulting with management on strategic planning and on the development of HR strategies that support business units’ needs reflected in the results of employee engagement surveys
• Driving HR initiatives around employee life cycle (e.g., Annual Salary Review, Exit Interviews, Onboarding Check-ins)
• Assisting in identifying and analysing HR needs and suggesting solutions for designated business units
• Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with legal experts as needed/required
• Preparing reports and analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the Group HR to develop solutions, action plans and policies
• Supporting with DEI and wellbeing initiatives, promoting Employee Assistance Programme
• Collaborating with global HR functions on global HR projects as and when necessary
• Providing guidance on HR policies and supporting on HR systems (e.g. Workday)
• Preparing internal and external communication related to HR topics
• Supporting HR Manager and performing other related duties as assigned
Skills you need to succeed:
• Have min. 2 years HRBP experience in an international company
• Experience with resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and stakeholders’ relations, DEI, performance management, and employment laws
• Experience in working with the Workday system will be an advantage
• Fluency in English
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
• Proactive and creative personality
