YOUR ROLE

  • Development of the HR brand, increasing the company's awareness in the local market and in the local IT community;
  • Development and implementation of new HR processes and procedures and the optimization of existing ones in order to successfully achieve the company's goals;
  • Providing advice on the HR processes to managers and employees;
  • Direct fulfillment of all HR functions regarding the processes of employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Review, and Talent Management;
  • Advising on internal legal matters (execution of different types of contracts, rules regarding vacation, benefits, salary payments, overtime payments, etc.) and on questions about relocation to Poland;
  • Cooperation with Resource manager and Heads of technical directions responsible for the internal educational system;
  • Designing the plan of training activities and supervision of its execution within the company;
  • Involvement in resolving workplace conflicts at all levels;
  • Cooperation with the company's Top Management, Administrative Directors of the offices, Recruitment and PR/Event Departments, Project Management Office, Resource Manager, and other specialists and services to organize the effective execution of HR processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of working experience as HR BP
  • Experience in performing as HR BP in a software development company with 300+ employees;
  • Understanding of all the stages of an employee lifecycle and hands-on expertise in processes moderation (onboarding, Performance Review, Talent Management, Exit Procedure);
  • Experience in the development and implementation of HR processes;
  • Expertise in the design and implementation of HR metrics to measure performance;
  • Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
  • B2+ level of English;
  • C1+ level of Polish.
