- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process
- IT-Recrutiment Team daily work support & coordination
- Active search for candidates using available tools, channels and techniques
- Screening of candidates for evaluation for the given position
- Proactively contact candidates - by phone and email etc.
- Conducting interviews on the basis of and in accordance with company policy
- Establishing long-term relationship with candidates and keeping candidates updated throughout the whole process
- Creating candidate profiles
- Creating and publication of job-advertisements
- Market analysis for potential candidates
- Building a database of top active and passive talents for future projects
... as well as continuous self-development, experiences exchange with the other team-mates and acquiring new skills :)
Must Have!
- If You can demonstrate an experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes independently
- You are familiar with the IT market and its business environment
Your profile:
- You can demonstrate minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment industry
- You are self-motivated and passionate for individual talents acquisition
- You are able to prioritize complex tasks to achieve desired goals in an efficient and effective manner
- You have soft-skills to deal with different personality types during the recruitment process, you feel strong in establishing fair partnership with the candidates.
- You know how to actively recruit IT talents, which methods and tools are most effective
- You speak English at a level that allows you to communicate freely
- You love working with people and you easily establish relations with them
- You are characterized by high personal etiquette, creativity, independence and enthusiastic approach to new challenges
