People Care Leader at Untitled Kingdom can be described by 5 main principles: care, growth, evaluation, recognition, and engagement. In this role, you will be working closely with UK Citizens, organizing regular 1-2-1 meetings (care), offering them guidance (growth), evaluating their performance (recognition), and allowing them to get the most out of their potential (engage).
