What You Will Be Doing
The responsibilities will involve the full HR remit - comprehensive and professional HR service to the business - including stakeholder management, talent management, mobility, managing all current processes and procedures. Providing business with HR information and recommendations HR in order to guide and influence decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across all areas of employee relations including employee engagement, absence management, performance managment in accordance with company values, policies and procedures to create safe and enjoyable work experience
- Coach and encourage development of junior peers in local HR organization
- Understand issues and problems; help design and implement Employee Retention and Employee Engagement initiatives
- As a part of our global HR network, work alongside the business to develop policy implementation, support best practices, coach managers and team members alike, and be a key player in people development across the company
- Provide effective and efficient HR support and advisory to the organization, providing guidance and support managers and leaders in labor law aspects regarding whole employee lifecycle
- Own relations with external parties like external payroll, recruiting agencies and consulting partners to ensure adequate service levels and value delivery
- Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business and resource management heads
- Coordination and supervision of scheduled and ad hoc reporting activities like payroll, work time, vacation, trainings etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions (present on site) to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the local staff.Provide qualitative and quantitative HR information in order to guide and influence decisions

What We Are Looking For:
- At least 4 years of successful work experience as an HR Manger or HR Business Partner, in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and operational issues decisively
- Interpersonal skills with a high professional level and positive mindset
- Strong communication skills, Polish and English, written and spoken. Strong business acumen, consulting, analytical, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills
