We have a very exciting time ahead of us where we will focus on our scale-up phase within Europe. We are looking for both junior and senior recruiters, who are interested in learning more about areas like Commercial, Engineering and Product. What you'll do:
- Responsible for setting and execute sourcing plan for your recruitment pipelines
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Own the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews to extending offers while focusing on a great candidate experience. We use Teamtailor as our ATS.
- Be proactive on market mapping and competitor analysis in the tech scene
- Find and engage with candidates using different channels such as LinkedIn and Github
- Continuously track progress in our processes and evaluate different strategies, working with KPI:s and ensure an agile, efficient way of working
- Communication to candidates regarding our culture, benefits, offer and hiring process to engage and ensure candidates interest
Who you are:
- You have an academic degree, preferably in HR or business
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably experience from Commercial, Engineering or Product recruitment
- You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Multi-tasking team-player with the ability to drive several projects at once
- You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership, and a proactive, service-minded focus
- It’s a plus if you have been working in a fast-paced environment or high-volume talent acquisition
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

You will be joining a team of 6 people located in both Stockholm and Warsaw. All of us are working in different recruitment-areas but are still working closely together and love to share knowledge with each other. We value communication, collaboration and honesty. We care for each other and we have fun together! As we work from different locations, and with a hybrid style of work we make sure to keep each other in the loop and have regular check-in within the team as well as with our stakeholders.
