Altimi is a technology acceleration partner with impressive experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in the successful delivery of software development projects for international customers across EU. We are based in Wrocław, Poland. Our current main area of operation is the DACH region where we are known for providing top-notch software development services.  

We focusing on consulting value, strong client partnerships, and close teamwork. Right now, we have 50+ highly skilled engineers, but our company scale is expected to grow several times over in the next few years. We are looking for a professional who will take full ownership of our Talent Acquisition and Talent Growth strategy, build a high-performing HR function, and ensure our people operations keep pace with our ambitious growth plans. 

Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.   

The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement. 

 

Scope of Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition 

  • Create and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for a quickly scaling IT organization, talent-acquisition-on-demand 

  • Addressing project-based hiring spikes in a hiring-project model (agile, fast, result-oriented) 

  • Optimize recruitment processes – from crafting job descriptions, vetting stages to final hiring decisions. 

  • Select and implement recruitment tools (ATS, competency testing, process automation, retaining information on vetted candidates). 

  • Ensure fast and effective hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles. 

  • Reusing information on candidates across many projects/proceses 

  • Proactively source candidates – networking, LinkedIn, talent sourcing within Poland and beyond. 

  • Build and maintain a “talent pool” and long-term candidate relationships. 

  • Increase visibility of hiring processes for all relevant stakeholders: delivery manager, project managers, client-side recruiting managers. 


2. Talent Development & Retention 

  • Design and implement employee performance evaluation and growth programs (reviews, career paths). 

  • Identify and nurture internal talent and plan their career advancement. 

  • Roll out training programs – including for technical leaders. 

  • Promote and monitor team-oriented incentive programs that foster collaboration and long-term engagement. 


3. HR Leadership 

  • Lead and coordinate the work of the HR team to deliver efficient, scalable HR operations including developing the toolkit & templates for all stages. 

  • Develop and improve HR policies for all roles (developers, PMs, sales, operations). 

  • Support company scaling – optimizing structure, processes, and internal communication. 

  • Contribute to salary, bonus, and benefits system design. 


4. Culture & Internal Communication 

  • Build a strong remote-first culture while maintaining team integration and engagement. 

  • Organize company-wide gatherings, team offsites, and integration events. 

  • Maintain transparent and engaging internal communication. 

  • Ensure smooth onboarding into both the company and client projects. 


5. Strategic Partnership 

  • Work directly with the Board and CEO on talent, growth, and culture strategy. 

  • Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment between talent capabilities and business opportunities. 

  • Cooperate with Project Managers to match the right teams to client projects. 

  • Report KPIs for recruitment, retention, and competency development. 

 

Requirements 

  • Min 5 years of experience in IT recruitment and broader HR/talent development roles. 

  • Proven track record of building HR processes in a fast-scaling company. 

  • Understanding of the IT market and technolgoy 

  • Experience in leading and coordinating HR teams. 

  • Excellent communication and consultative skills. 

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented approach. 

  • Nice to have: HR / Coaching / People Management certifications.
