We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll optimize recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with leadership and industry partners to attract top talent through data-driven strategies.

Who will you be working with?

Our client maps cities across the world, providing businesses with high-quality visuals and 3D models to enhance insights and daily decision-making processes.


Requirements


  • At least 3 years in recruitment and talent strategy in high-growth industries like tech
  • Strong skills in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience in positioning roles to attract top talent
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and strategic roles
  • Knowledge of local legislative requirements when it comes to employment 
  • Expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, hiring metrics, and structured interview frameworks
  • Strong command of both English and Polish


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle hiring, ensuring efficiency from talent attraction to offer stage
  • Execute and refine recruitment strategies, covering employer branding, sourcing, and hiring metrics
  • Develop structured interview frameworks and data-driven recruitment approaches
  • Guide hiring managers on workforce planning, inclusive hiring, and market trends
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and data integrity in hiring systems
  • Deliver market insights and hiring updates to internal stakeholders
  • Enhance employer branding and advocate for a strong company reputation
  • Maintain adherence to service levels, corporate policies, and hiring regulations
