What will you do?

Strategic leadership: build and implement end-to-end HR strategy aligned with our business goals and ambitions to enable us to grow, retain, and recruit top talent across the organization.

Lead HR and Payroll: Lead our HR and Payroll teams for our office staff in the headquarters and our production plants. Currently, there are eight direct and two indirect reports.

Performance Management: Cooperate on building systems that support management by objectives across the organization. Lead designing and implementing variable pay models that motivate people towards success in dedicated roles and departments.

Employee Development: build systems for employee development plans, training programs and processes for career progression.

Lead the Talent Acquisition: oversee and lead Recruitment and Employer Branding initiatives to position Displate on the job market, and ensure great candidate experience

Employee Relations: act as a trusted advisor to management and leaders in the areas of employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.

HR Analytics: analyze, interpret, and skillfully use data to assess HR activities' effectiveness and support key decision-making processes.

Compliance: oversee the compliance of all HR practices with applicable laws and regulations while applying best practices in human resources management.

Proven Experience: You possess a strong track record of successfully leading HR functions within organizations with a similar scale, complexity, and international presence, ideally within a fast-growing technology company.

Change Management Expertise: You have a demonstrated ability to lead and implement impactful, company-wide organizational changes, effectively delegating responsibilities to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to act as change leaders or project managers.

Team Building & Development: You excel at building high-performing HR teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, and effectively delegating tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You are an exceptional communicator in both Polish and English, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and address sensitive or challenging topics with diplomacy and clarity.

Educational Background: You possess a relevant academic degree in a field such as psychology, management, business administration, or a related discipline.

Legal Knowledge: You have a thorough understanding of Polish employment law and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.

Proactive & Solution-Oriented with hands on mentality: You possess a proactive and problem-solving approach, identifying and addressing potential challenges before they arise. You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and contribute directly to projects, regardless of their size or complexity.
- Working directly with our CEO and closely with the C-Level team.
